IT Helpdesk
A help desk, in the context of IT, is a department inside an organization that is responsible for answering the technical questions of its users. The purpose of a help desk is usually to troubleshoot problems or provide guidance on products such as computers, electronic equipment, or software. The questions and their answers are usually transferred using e-mail, telephone, website, or online chat. Additionally, there are internal help desks aimed at offering the same form of help, but only for the employees within the organization .An IT help desk is software that provides users with a single (or many) point of contact to address their problems. Users may utilize IT help desks to solve problems, track issues, and obtain support with products and services.
